BLACKMAX has been redesigned to be more compact!
The spool diameter is now 32mm, successfully achieving both ease of casting and a compact design.
This is a versatile bait reel that can be used in both salt and freshwater.

The smaller spool diameter, recessed reel foot, and revised design have made it possible to make the reel more compact.

Recessed reel foot
The split reel foot pushes the spool downward, making it possible to achieve a lower profile.
The spool diameter is now φ32mm, and the height from the foot is approximately 40mm.
Provides comfortable palming performance.

85mm Crank Handle
The 85mm long handle arm is neither too short nor too long, allowing for well-balanced, clicky and powerful retrieval.

Magtrax Brake System
In windy conditions, the lure tends to be pushed back by the wind as soon as you start casting, causing backlash. Therefore, the Magtrax brake system uses a magnet to ensure that the brakes are applied from the moment the lure is released.
