A jigging model for large fish and deep waters that emphasizes power. With the new Infinity Drive and Heat Sink Drag, you can pull in large fish more powerfully than ever before. This is a model dedicated to large fish that can safely handle unexpected large fish.

The conventional X-SHIP structure realized light winding by supporting both ends of the pinion gear with bearings. This new model is equipped with an Infinity Drive structure that further evolves that structure. The main shaft, which was previously supported by the pinion gear, is now non-contact and supported by a special low-friction bush, greatly reducing the sliding resistance of the main shaft. In addition, the main shaft itself has been given a special surface treatment, which has succeeded in further reducing friction. Rotational torque is reduced by approximately 30% compared to the previous model.

The conventional X-Tough Drag has an innovative structure in which the drag mechanism is placed at the bottom of the spool, achieving overwhelming drag performance and improved durability. This new model is equipped with a heat sink drag that has evolved to be even more heat-resistant. The "heat sink panel" that releases heat generated in the drag section to the outside of the spool improves drag force reduction due to heat sagging by approximately 50%*. In addition, the "insulating sheet" that blocks heat flowing to the spool winding section reduces the temperature rise of the winding section by approximately 30%.

The X-Protect structure was installed in the stopper bearing section of the previous model and contributed greatly to achieving high waterproof performance. In addition to the stopper bearing section, the NEW Stella SW is also equipped with the X-Protect structure in the line roller section, further improving waterproof performance. As with the stopper bearing section, the seal material physically blocks the intrusion path of seawater as shown in the figure, evolving the structure to withstand high water pressure. The bearing inside the line roller is protected from harsh environments, and the durability of the bearing is more than 10 times that of conventional products

AR-C Spool Barrier Coated Spool Ring
A spool with a special spool ring shape. This creates a line streamlining effect, suppressing line trouble and achieving long-distance casting performance. In addition, a barrier coated spool ring is used. Casting high-load lures and SW games put more strain on the spool ring than you would imagine. Strong abrasion resistance treatment has been applied, further improving durability. Damage to the line is also reduced.

Tough Drag
To achieve smooth line release and stable drag performance even with the fierce running of large fish such as tuna and GT. Each washer is made of metal and abrasion-resistant carbon washers, and supports the spool from both above and below, achieving durable and stable drag performance.

Rigid Support Drag
When hooking a large fish, which can be called a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, the smoothness of the initial drag movement is the most important thing to avoid line breaks. The spool is supported by two bearings inside the main shaft spool to suppress spool wobble and provide stable and smooth drag performance.

Silent Drive
The basic design of the entire body, as well as the drive gear, worm shaft, worm shaft pin, worm shaft gear, and other drive-related parts have been reviewed one by one to thoroughly eliminate minute rattles and vibrations between parts down to the smallest detail. Achieves a new dimension of smooth rotation performance and quiet winding comfort that goes beyond the conventional level.
X-Ship
In addition to the larger diameter of the drive gear, the pinion and drive gears are optimally positioned, and the pinion gear is supported by two bearings. The meshing of these sturdy gears maintains light reeling that is resistant to loads.

HAGANE Gear
A metal block is pressed with a pressure of approximately 200 tons and finished with micron-level precision without cutting. A unique technology called precision cold forging creates hard, resilient gears, allowing for high durability and smooth reeling.

HAGANE Body
A highly rigid aluminum alloy is used for the body housing, firmly suppressing reel bending, distortion, and twisting. It protects the delicate gear meshing and enables smooth reeling.

DLC Line Roller
A special surface treatment (diamond-like carbon) is applied to the surface to reduce friction and prevent line wear.

X-Rigid Rotor
By using an aluminum alloy and verifying the thickness arrangement in detail through repeated 3D analysis, we have achieved even stronger rigidity, durability, and excellent rotational balance than ever before. This high rigidity also contributes to improving the functionality of the drag and other parts.

NEW Compact Rotor
By designing it more compact than the conventional #8000 model rotor, we have succeeded in reducing rotational inertia by approximately 20%. Furthermore, the synergistic effect with the Infinity Drive makes it possible to perform the basic actions of winding and stopping more quickly and smoothly. It can be said that a completely new #8000 reel has been born.

X Protect for Stopper Bearing
The stopper bearing section uses a contact type triple lip structure. By filling it with special grease, friction resistance is reduced, and high waterproof performance is achieved without compromising the silky rotation performance. The synergistic effect with the X Shield achieves waterproof performance of the body part equivalent to the waterproof standard IPX8.

X Shield
Strong sealing is applied everywhere, including the body/lid mating surface and the spool drag knob contact area, to block water intrusion. High reliability and durability are ensured in SW games played under harsh conditions.
