02 one-and-a-half
The PARADOX and FTB series are all designed with a one-and-a-half construction.
This is achieved by using different modulus of carbon for the tip and butt sections, resulting in a flexible and delicate tip and a strong and strong butt section with excellent lifting power.
The joint has a clearance of 9 to 10 mm.
If the joint is inserted more than this, or if it is not inserted properly, there is a high possibility of damage.

04 Rod shininess
ID rods are sanded (paper), so the blank has a shine like a pattern. Basically, ID rods are composed of 0° and 90° carbon. When the blank is produced, the surface of the carbon is shaved.
The 0° and 90° carbon fibers are oriented in different directions, so the light will be different and look uneven, but this is not a problem in use.
It could be painted to hide it, but we dare to make it unsanded for the sake of lightness and sensitivity.
