TWS (T-Wing System)
A mechanism in which the T-shaped level wind rotates half a turn depending on whether the clutch is ON or OFF. When casting, the level wind rotates forward, and the line is released smoothly through the wide part of the T-shaped level wind. When retrieving, the level wind rotates half a turn in a backward direction, and the line is guided into the groove at the bottom of the level wind and wound tightly and parallel. It flies well, has better control, falls faster, and has less backlash. Daiwa's TWS improves all the basic performance of baitcasting reels.

G1 duralumin SV spool
Made of "G1 duralumin", which is about 1.3 times stronger than the super duralumin used for spools as the strongest aluminum material. The deep groove specification (14lb.-45-90m compatible) further expands the range of compatible lures. UTD (Ultimate Tournament Drag)
It eliminates the bite at the beginning of the drag effect, and delivers the line with a smooth and even drag force, and the more you tighten it, the more effective it is. The drag washer and grease made of new materials have a larger diameter to enhance their performance. The waterproof system applied on top of that ensures stable drag performance in any situation.

90mm crank handle & 2BB specification I knob
The crank handle provides a powerful, speedy, and highly sensitive retrieval feel with handling close to the reel center. The knob uses an I-type knob that is well-known for its lightness and ease of grip. Fine adjustment in 0.1mm increments has extremely small play in the handle knob, greatly improving retrieval sensitivity.

Speed shaft
When the spool is free, the spool and shaft are separated, and the spool is supported only by the BB. Since it is shaftless and there is no extra resistance, ideal spool rotation is obtained.
