Newly designed aluminum JOG power lever
The new JOG Power Lever features an enhanced intuitive thumb operation design. The angled, machined aluminum ridge provides a better grip, fitting comfortably to the pad of the thumb and further improving grip performance. This allows for more precise fine-tuning, and makes winding, deceleration, and hook setting more comfortable even with wet fingertips or while wearing gloves.
*The angle of the JOG Power Lever is reversed between left and right models.

MAGMAX-G motor (3-year/300km warranty)
Featuring a special neodymium magnet, this slide brush motor offers superior responsiveness and durability. It boasts excellent instantaneous power and four times the durability of conventional MAGMAX motors.
Winding is effortless, allowing anglers to control the retrieve precisely. Its torque also makes slow winding a breeze.

Magsealed ball bearings
It is used on the spool shaft on the side plate side, which is difficult to maintain and most prone to corrosion from salt. It maintains the initial performance of spool free/winding efficiency.

Fall brake dial
A braking system that allows you to instantly set the drop speed with just your thumb. You can control everything from spool free to maximum brake within a 180-degree range with just your thumb. Not only does it prevent backlash, but it also allows you to detect bait attachments during the drop and bites from fish or squid during the fall without having to thumb the spool with your finger.

Dot matrix LCD counter
The menu screen announcements are clear and the various settings are easy to understand. Furthermore, it features large, highly visible text that is resistant to backlighting and easy to read in the field. Since it doesn't reel in electrically below a depth of 0.0, concerns about line entanglement are eliminated.

Drag pull sound
Three types of drag electronic sounds are selectable (can be turned OFF)
Pattern 1: High pitch (default)

Depth Alarm
An alarm sounds every 10 meters during the fall (FL) and retrieve (UP). Three patterns are available for each (OFF setting is also possible)
FL/UP1: One alarm every 10 meters
FL/UP2: One alarm at 10 meters, two at 20 meters, three at 30 meters (repeated)
FL/UP3: One alarm at 10 meters, ... five at 50 meters (repeated)

Jigging mode
Three basic auto-jerk (standard) patterns are available:
1. One-pitch jerk
2. One-pitch pause
3. Combination jerk

Motor ON/OFF linked clutch
When using the JOG power lever for winding, if the clutch is turned OFF during electric winding (motor rotation), the motor rotation will stop temporarily. Turning the clutch ON again will automatically resume electric winding (motor rotation). Winding can be started quickly and responsively when the clutch is ON. It is easier to detect bites during the fall.
*With the reinforced clutch, ON/OFF operation is also possible at maximum winding speed.
*Operates at depths of 9m or more.
*It will turn OFF when switching to the automatic line feed setting. (Motor driven when clutch is OFF)

Level wind compatible with large diameter shock leaders
A level wind (inner diameter 3.0mm) that easily accommodates FG knots with PE #5 + fluorocarbon #30.
*Maximum nylon leader #60 can be used.
*Suitable for tuna jigging, yellowfin tuna jigging, and greater amberjack jigging.

Electric Mobile Setup
DAIWA app is a communication tool that works in conjunction with your smartphone to make using electric reels more convenient. It is a transmission and reception app service that links with electric reels.

DAIWA App Basic Operation Procedure
1. Launch the DAIWA app on your smartphone
2. Select the electric reel setting tool
3. Go to the menu screen:
① Line input (P1)
② Maintenance
③ Function settings
④ Register name setting
4. Turn on the electric reel and touch your smartphone.
5. Send/receive complete.
