In addition, the AIRDRIVE ROTOR makes the basic reel operations of "winding" and "stopping" easier.

AIRDRIVE DESIGN
Air Drive Design is a next-generation spinning reel design concept that pursues the angler's desire to control the lure as they wish. Air Drive Design is made up of up to four technologies. The Air Drive Rotor is a prerequisite for light winding and high-response rotation. The Air Drive Bail is lightweight and trouble-free. The Air Drive Spool is designed with a thin wall design that has been stripped of unnecessary material to the limit, and the main shaft is supported by a high-precision collar. The Air Drive Shaft is non-contact with the pinion gear, allowing for light winding with very little rotation noise even under high load. The synergistic effect of these features and the improvement of the weight balance of the reel achieve a high level of operability.

AIRDRIVE BAIL
A wire-type AIRDRIVE BAIL is used. In order to further reduce the weight of the rotor unit, we have achieved a significant weight reduction while maintaining the necessary strength for actual fishing. The weight reduction of the rotor unit including the bail contributes to a significant reduction in rotational inertia. We have improved the rotation response and operability. The arm lever also has a new shape, greatly reducing line tangles.

Our unique theory has led to a new shape that looks as if it was cut out of a sphere, and by thoroughly removing unnecessary material from it, we have achieved a significant weight reduction while maintaining rigidity. The lightness of winding has been dramatically improved, which leads to improved operability and sensitivity.

ATD TYPE-L
The ATD operates smoothly in response to the pull of the fish and continues to work smoothly. The ATD TYPE-L has improved its initial response. By pursuing smooth start-up and tracking, it is now possible to concentrate on the fight without worrying about the drag setting.

LC-ABS (Long Cast ABS)
While maintaining the idea of reducing contact resistance of ABSII, the contact point is brought forward to achieve smoother line release. The ring part is forward, which makes it difficult for the line to get on the ring, and we have succeeded in increasing the distance by about 5% and reducing trouble compared to the conventional ABSII. This is the next generation ABS spool that realizes LC (= LONG CAST).

TOUGH DIGIGEAR
To endure harsh environments, a strong heart that supports the reel is necessary. "Tough Digi Gear" keeps the smooth rotation for longer.
