Equipped with Daiwa's unique waterproof and durable technology "Mag Sealed", it pursues the maintenance of initial performance. The maintenance of initial smooth rotation performance is a great advantage for a casting reel that is placed in harsh environments such as rain, wave spray, dust and sand carried by the wind. The air rotor that supports light rotation performance and the hollow structure of the air bail lead to an improvement in the smooth winding feeling, which is an important factor required for casting reels when fishing at medium and short distances as well as long distances. Because the initial rotation is light, it can respond instantly to stopping and moving. And casting reels do not exist just by simple casting distance. Trouble is the enemy, and the synergistic effect of "35mm stroke" and "cross wrap" has succeeded in minimizing line trouble regardless of the thread. In addition, the handle is equipped with an 85mm long handle that is the most easy to use length for casting fishing, where considerable load can be applied when garbage gets caught. The knob also uses a T knob, and it has a full specification that is close to that of higher-end models.

Magseal
Daiwa's unique waterproof structure shuts out seawater and dust by creating a magnetic oil wall in the gap between the body and rotor. Since the body and rotor are non-contact, the initial rotation performance is maintained for a long time while maintaining light and smooth rotation. Most of the causes of abnormal rotation noise are salt and foreign matter. Except for cases where the reel is accidentally dropped into water, the rate of abnormal rotation noise in Magsealed reels is significantly reduced. Moreover, this ratio is appearing in the data as a larger difference as time passes. This means that the longer it is used, the more effective it becomes. In other words, it is proof that the dustproof and waterproof capabilities of Magseal are at a very high level.

Air Rotor
An air rotor with a structure that can be called a rotor revolution. By distributing the load with an optimal rim structure with a unique shape, it has achieved a significant weight reduction with the same strength as before. The rotor balance is also improved, resulting in good rotation response.

Digigear II
Daiwa's unique digital design technology "Digigear" has evolved even further. In order to realize the ideal tooth surface derived from digital analysis, ultra-high precision machine cut technology is used, achieving tooth surface precision several times higher than that of forged gears. Durability is improved by applying a special wrapping process to the drive gear and achieving the optimal balance between the pinion gear and the drive gear.

Cross wrap
By adopting a twill winding method with a large winding angle, the line is wound crosswise to prevent the line from biting into the spool winding section and the line from slipping. The reduction in line trouble is particularly noticeable when using thin threads or PE lines, and at the same time, a comfortable flight is achieved.

Air veil
A veil shape that drastically reduces line tangle trouble by sending the line to the line roller so that it flows. Furthermore, by making it a hollow structure, a significant increase in strength is achieved without changing the weight.

Twist Buster II
By tapering the line roller and rolling the line, this structure has significantly eliminated the line twist that occurs when the roller rotates, which was said to be the fate of spinning reels.

Cast Lock Manual Return
A mechanism that prevents line breaks due to the veil turning back when casting.
By raising the veil, the veil and rotor are firmly fixed in the locked position. When excessive load is applied, the rotor rotates for safety, but the veil does not turn back, which prevents unexpected veil reversal during casting. The veil is returned manually using a manual return method.

Infinite Stopper
A stopper that instantly stops the reel from reversing with the friction of the roller. It provides a comfortable operation feeling with a tight feeling without rattle or play.

Thread drop prevention mechanism
To prevent the line from falling off the spool and getting caught between the spool and the rotor, a line guard sliding type thread drop prevention mechanism is installed.
