Salt Shield TM Bearings
By adopting a newly developed ball bearing with a water-repellent coating applied to the entire inside and outside, the salt jamming phenomenon that causes abnormal rotation noise has been drastically reduced.
We have succeeded in significantly improving the rotation feel and durability. (Used in the pinion gear and line roller parts)
HPCR Bearings
Bearings made of high-performance corrosion-resistant material improve durability, smoothness, and corrosion resistance.

Friction-Free
A new structure that makes it easier to wind up the handle by improving the support structure of the main shaft.
Even large fish can be actively wound up with "one more turn".
In the conventional structure, the main shaft moved back and forth while rubbing against the inner surface of the pinion gear that rotates the rotor, and this friction made winding heavy.
The support structure of the main shaft that moves the spool back and forth has been significantly improved, and the main shaft is supported on the reel body with a high sliding bush.
There is a gap between the rotating pinion gear and the main shaft that moves back and forth, and by eliminating contact friction on the inside of the gear (friction free), winding is made lighter.

One-piece Feathermetal™ Gearbox
We have succeeded in integrating the body cover (side plate) used in conventional reels into the body.
Optimizing the size and weight of the entire body and adopting a one-piece Feathermetal™ (lightweight magnesium alloy) gearbox supports the drive gear with a single part, contributing to an optimal gear feeling without axial deviation.

C6 V-Rotor
The newly developed C6 V-Rotor achieves light weight and low moment of inertia without sacrificing strength thanks to its small diameter arbor and V-shaped wings.
Therefore, the rotation is "smooth and stops perfectly".

Rocket Line Management SystemTM
1. Spool Design - Abu Garcia's unique rocket spool lip releases the line from the spool more smoothly and evenly.
2. Oscillation System - The slow oscillation system allows the line to be wound onto the spool more smoothly and evenly with the optimal winding angle.
3. Bail - The unique bail opening angle controls the line to an optimal line loop when it is released from the spool lip, allowing the line to pass smoothly through the first stripping guide of the rod.

Aluminum Uniflow Veil
Lightweight due to the use of high-strength aluminum alloy. By smoothing the shape of the veil joint, troubles such as line tangling around the veil can be drastically reduced.

Always-ON Instant Anti-Reverse
To improve the reliability of the stopper and prevent incorrect operation, the ON/OFF switching function of the instant anti-reverse has been removed.
By adopting a new clutch, the reverse prevention performance in winter fishing has been improved.

Sinker Keeper Included
Can be used as a sinker for downshot rigs, or as a keeper for jig heads, spoons, and other small lures.

Compact asymmetrical body
The newly developed body has completely different appearances on the left and right sides.
On spinning reels, the main gear that rotates connected to the handle shaft is only on the left side.
The design was conceived to simply cover the main gear, with all unnecessary space thoroughly eliminated.
As a result, a lightweight, compact body was achieved without sacrificing the thickness or strength of the material.
