The NEW touch drive, which was first installed in the Beast Master series, prevents erroneous operation and adds an intermediate speed setting function that makes it easier to set the speed. In addition, it is equipped with a speed clutch that enables the clutch to be turned ON / OFF by simply pushing the clutch lever. And with the S compact body with improved palming by arranging the cable connector on the handle side, it supports a wide range of hard boat fishing such as squid, flying squid, amberjack, yellowtail as well as electric jigging that requires power by hand.

EJ mode (Manual jerk mode Auto jerk mode)
The Beastmaster 1000EJ is equipped with an EJ mode that allows you to select from two modes. Manual jerk mode allows you to wind up the line electrically while pressing the PICK UP button. By combining the winding time and rod work, you can control not only regular one-pitch jerks but also the line slack, allowing for a variety of effects including falls. You can select the PICK UP winding speed from 31 settings. Auto jerk mode allows you to freely set the SPEED (winding speed), MOVE (winding time), and STOP (stop time) to your liking. You can jerk the rod just by holding it in your hand, but by matching the jerk of the rod to the rhythm of the electric winding, you can create a more fascinating movement. Once you get a hit, you can create the exact same pattern next time, so you can not only get consecutive hits yourself, but you can also share the hit pattern with other anglers around you, increasing the catch of the entire boat.

NEW Touch Drive
The NEW Touch Drive installed in the Beastmaster 1000EJ has a new intermediate speed setting function that allows you to instantly reel in at your preferred speed with just one touch. Even in situations where you accidentally press the switch with force, the reeling speed will not exceed the set speed, so it is possible to avoid breakage due to the mouth being cut or line breakage with thin thread. In addition, the intermediate speed setting can be freely changed according to the angler's preference. Also, while reeling in at intermediate speed (17 speed), if you release your finger from the Touch Drive (speed-up side) and press and hold the Touch Drive (speed-up side) again, the speed screen display on the lower left will change to "17, 18-30, HI speed". In addition, the 31 speed adjustments can be changed one speed at a time with each press.

Speed Clutch
The clutch can be switched on/off with a simple operation of pressing the clutch lever. The clutch can be operated while thumbing the spool, preventing annoying backlash. Furthermore, the clutch can be switched quickly while holding the spool with your fingers, so the target depth will not shift.

S Compact Body
Not only has the reel body been made more compact, but the power cable connector has been placed on the handle side, opposite to conventional products.
