KAIYU x Livre Crank 120 Handle PT35B #Black Duracon Kaiyu Custom

B-PROJECT (Black Juracorn Knob Color Project) features small, round, thin-walled hollow titanium knobs in PT 35 / EP 37 / EP 41 sizes, with a black Juracorn knob collar that is thicker on the knob side and thinner on the reel side. This design allows for a comfortable grip where the index finger and thumb can pinch the shaft while the middle to little fingers naturally wrap around the knob portion. The knob surface has been treated with IP black processing, resulting in a sophisticated black color finish. LIVRE has selected handles to which these knobs can be attached and are selling them as all-black proprietary products. Customers can choose from three knob types (PT 35 / EP 37 / EP 41) for the selected handle.

Overwhelming Torque from the 120 mm Length
The longest bait double handle from LIVRE, measuring 120mm, produces an unprecedented, overwhelming torque. This torque is supported by the newly developed EF30 knob and the redesigned robust plate. And the center-lock method precisely fixes the handle at the center. It’s a handle that truly values evolution.

Center Lock Without Blur
To attach to the reel, a center lock method which eliminates the loosening plate and the small screw is adopted. Shaving out the center of the screw with the lathe (NC) accurately, the nut is the center of the plate in the O-ring, so that it's easy to attach to the center of the handle for anyone. With this method, it became possible to wind up the long handle without feeling any blur.

Steady Long Handle
In a typical bait reel, the plate is fitted onto the main shaft, tightened with a nut, and then fixed with a small screw after attaching an anti-loosening plate. LIVRE products adopt a center-lock method that eliminates the need for anti-loosening plates and small screws. The round material is precisely machined (NC) to carve out the center of the screw part, and an O-ring is used to ensure the nut becomes the center of the plate. Anyone can easily install a custom handle centered, and even with a long handle, it achieves an incredibly steady winding feel.

A Quick-Change System Compatible with a Wide Variety of Reels
With the purchase a center nut sold separately, the industry's first quick-change system can be mounted on reels made by SHIMANO, DAIWA, AbuGarcia, and PFLUEGER. Reels by various different manufacturers can be mounted just by replacing the included hex washer on the main plate.
