Designed for frequent use of slow to medium retrieves, and to capture those quick, instantaneous bites on crankbaits with high lip resistance, this lure features a wide form that is less hindered by a fat body.

An approach angle of 22° + curved point was determined on-site.

Initially, the approach angle was 30°, but because there were many instances where fish bit but didn’t get hooked, we fine-tuned the form through field testing and arrived at an approach angle of 22° thanks to the curved point. The hook point, which is optimized for this crankbait, and the slight curved point make it easier to hook not only inside the mouth but also around the mouth, which helps to firmly hold shallow hooksets and reduces the number of fish that get away.

Wire diameter that does not compromise strength

The flattening process and PRO SPEC METAL construction provide the strength to withstand heavy use, such as bottom knocking with full-size cranks.
