To prevent twisting during actions like casting, action, hooking, and fighting, extensive research led to the conclusion that adding a "45°" biaxial cross (carbon fibers tilted at ±45°) in addition to the traditional structure (0° and 90° relative to the rod tip) is the most effective method. By incorporating X45, Daiwa successfully prevents twisting, resulting in a dramatic improvement in power, operability, and sensitivity.

HVF 카본

Daiwa focuses not only on enhancing the elasticity of carbon fibers but also on reducing the resin content that binds the fibers together. This reduction in resin increases the density of the carbon fibers, resulting in "high-density HVF carbon," which is more muscular and powerful. This material is ideal for rods that prioritize resilience and strength.
