An exciting form of game fishing known as Extreme Fukase Game, where anglers target large pelagic species and groupers using a variety of methods such as Sururu-style free drifting, live bait swimming, and float fukase fishing.

This rod was developed specifically to target large fish cruising the mid-water layers around rocky shores, using diverse techniques. It represents a completely new concept that clearly sets it apart from conventional fukase rods.

V-JOINT α

By incorporating high-strength Nanoalloy material at the joint and utilizing DAIWA’s proprietary precision manufacturing technology, V-JOINT α was developed as an evolution of the original V-JOINT—stronger, lighter, and with a smoother bend.
By thinning the joint section, the entire blank can be made slimmer, improving swing-through performance and control during repeated casting.

X45

Rod twist generated during casting, action, hooking, and fighting reduces power and accuracy. Long-term research led to the conclusion that, in addition to conventional 0° and 90° carbon layers, a ±45° bias cross structure is optimal for suppressing torsional stress.
The X45 structure dramatically reduces twist, resulting in significant improvements in power, control, and sensitivity.

HVF NANOPLUS

High-density HVF carbon, which reduces resin content while increasing carbon fiber density, is ideal for rods that prioritize strength and resilience. Reel Seat Position
