DAIWA 22 Tournament ISO Competition LBD
개요
For those who fight. "TOURNAMENT".
Its mission is to always continue to evolve with the most advanced and cutting-edge technology. Assuming that harsh conditions may occur on the rocks, the mission of tackle is to maximize the performance of anglers. This
is the domain of TOURNAMENT. In rock fishing, the "competition" and "confrontation with large fish" require the highest level of concentration and technique. In long-distance cage casting, it can withstand the strong power of bluefish. Supported by products that bring innovation to fishing techniques and lead to satisfaction for anglers. We are the first to adopt cutting-edge technology and build new standards for rock fishing. Stronger, faster, more comfortable... the quest never ends, and we are always with those who fight.
The first LB reel to feature a "monocoque body"!
The basic performance of the LB has evolved thanks to the improved rigidity and waterproofness that can only be achieved with a "monocoque body".
By adopting a monocoque body, it is possible to achieve silky rotation, increased winding power, improved rotation durability, and improved waterproofness.
The shiny spool and glittery paint that shines in the sunlight create a sense of tournament status.
The "Kyo" lineup this time is the Kyogi LBD, which has achieved the fastest winding length, and has evolved the "Kyogi High Gear" by achieving the fastest gear ratio of 7.6 in Daiwa LB history and 114 cm per handle rotation.
In addition, the "Big Game" is a monster-compatible model (3000XH-LBD) with a gear ratio of 6.8 that maximizes the body rigidity and winding power of the "monocoque body" and a power model (3000LBD) with a gear ratio of 5.3.
The spool maintains the compatibility of the spools that have been around for many years, and the handle knob can be replaced (S size). It is compatible with SLP Works handles (40mm~60mm handles and double handles can also be installed by changing the handle to a screw-in handle).

MONOCOQUE BODY
Strong and durable technology, monocoque body. Conventionally, spinning reels generally support both ends of the drive gear with the body and body cover, and then secure them with several screws. In order to further improve precision and rigidity, the monocoque body eliminates the body cover and secures the gear by screwing a high-precision plate directly into the body. This improves the precision of the gear support, and also improves rigidity and airtightness. Furthermore, by utilizing the space previously taken up by the screw, we have succeeded in expanding the size of the drive gear to its maximum. The monocoque body means MONO (one) - COQUE (shell). The completely new shape, which symbolizes the strength of a single shell, breaks the conventional wisdom of reel structure.

MAGSEALED
DAIWA's unique waterproof structure creates a wall of magnetic mag oil in the gap between the body and rotor, blocking out seawater, dust, and other elements.

MAGSEALED BALL BEARING
Using its unique technology, DAIWA has succeeded in turning ball bearings into mag-shields for the first time in the world. The magnetic liquid barrier prevents water and foreign matter from entering the ball bearing, maintaining the original rotational performance of the ball bearing while significantly eliminating rust, salt buildup, and abnormal noise.

BITURBO BRAKE SYSTEM
The adoption of titanium discs has doubled the braking efficiency compared to conventional models, providing strong braking force with just a light squeeze of the lever. The time it takes to reach the required braking force after squeezing the lever is also reduced to 1/4 of the conventional time.

ATD TYPE-L
The ATD operates smoothly and continues to work smoothly in response to the pull of the fish. The ATD TYPE-L has improved initial response. It pursues smooth start and tracking, allowing you to concentrate on the fight without worrying about the drag setting.

ATD TOUGH
The ATD operates smoothly and keeps working smoothly in response to the pull of the fish. The ATD Tough uses carbon washers to achieve high durability. The drag has been designed to provide smooth start and tracking, allowing you to concentrate on the fight without worrying about the drag setting.

Improved waterproofing
The monocoque body provides improved airtightness, while the Magseal provides high water resistance, preventing water from entering the body.
This is the highest level of waterproofing in the history of the TOURNAMENT ISO LBD.

Silky rotation
The adoption of a highly rigid monocoque body has improved gear support precision, resulting in silkier rotation than ever before. The non-flexible body and tightly meshing gears create a high-quality rotation feel.

Increased winding power
The simple monocoque structure allows for a larger diameter drive gear, which increases the power when reeling in, making it easier to fight with large fish and retrieve tackle from the main stream or deep waters.

Improved rotation durability
The larger diameter gear also contributes to improved rotation durability. It has succeeded in maintaining the initial rotation performance for a long period of time, achieving the highest level of actual fishing durability in the history of TOURNAMENT ISO LBD.
Explanation
The gear ratio of 7.6 and the winding length of 114 cm per one turn of the handle are the fastest specifications in the history of DAIWA LB.
The high-speed winding prevents the line from getting caught in the roots, allowing the angler to take the lead in the fight.
The speedy take-in and retrieval of the tackle improves the efficiency of the work, allowing for easy handling of large grebes.
