Key Features

The blank is built using TORAYCA® T1100G, a high-tensile strength and mid-high elasticity carbon fiber developed for aerospace and advanced automotive applications. With BULK405, a unique structural reinforcement combining multi-directional prepregs with 405 Super Resin processing, the blank achieves seamless durability, heightened strength, and improved graphite blank cohesion

• T1100G: Offers industry-leading tensile strength and elasticity, boosting rod speed, flexibility, and resistance during casting.
• BULK405: Enhances durability and reduces structural flaws through seamless reinforcement, delivering unmatched performance and longevity.

The blank is coated with APIA’s Shield Tech, a specialized thin, abrasion-resistant tape applied over its length to protect against external damage without adding unnecessary weight.

Incorporating NANO JOINT technology, this two-piece rod eliminates the typical stiffness at joint sections, achieving a bending curve akin to a one-piece rod. The joint system is precision-polished to an accuracy of 0.002–0.005 mm, ensuring stability, strength, and smoothness while maintaining a lightweight design.
