This shortened version is ideal for targeting large sea bass and Japanese sea bass in tight spots, as well as for boat fishing targeting sea bass, bluefish, and Spanish mackerel.

The 8.9 ft length is the most frequently used by Yuki Inoue for tight-area fishing. In fact, this length has been tested and refined through real fishing over the past 10 years.
