Hybrid Full Solid — [EXTRO Solid Blank] + [Special Solid Tip]
The carbon full-solid blank, built with "EXTRO structure" that balances flexibility and rigidity, delivers a supple bend along with reassuring strength. The tip is integrally joined with the ultra-supple special solid tip shared across the whole Gekidaki Shaft series, making even the faintest bite clearly visible. It's also highly durable, resisting breakage from line wrap.

Ika-metal models
The flexible blank absorbs the boat's rocking, automatically helping to hold the rig dead still. It excels at the kind of "still" enticement that makes a real difference in tough conditions. It can also pick up bites through the whole rod, giving it an aggressive side too, for actively setting the hook.

Omorig models
Even when casting a heavy sinker, its flexible toughness gives you the confidence to aggressively cover a wide area, and compared to a high-modulus rod, it's easier to time your release, letting you cast beautifully by making use of the bend. During the jerking motion, the blank bends deep into the butt, reducing strain on the wrist and arm and letting you work the lure with ease.

Spiral guides — Uses a spiral guide system that keeps line tangles to a minimum even with slack in the line, while improving visibility. Enables a trouble-free approach with quick turnaround between drops.
Special solid tip — An ultra-supple tip section makes even the faintest bite visible. It's also highly durable, helping prevent breakage from line wrap.
Tip marking for improved visibility — Rods meant to be fished tip-up while waiting for a bite use a yellow blank with black and orange thread; rods meant to be fished tip-down use a black blank with yellow and orange thread. The color scheme is matched to how each rod is used, for even better visibility.
2-piece design — Every model uses a handle-joint (grip joint) construction.
