How to Cast
Simply press and hold the clutch button with your thumb in the direction of the blue arrow while swinging the rod, then release your thumb at the moment you want to let the line out. Turning the handle engages the retrieve mechanism.
*Please use with a baitcasting rod.

Casting Steps
1. Press and hold the clutch button with your thumb.
2. Face the direction you want to cast and raise the rod above your shoulder.
3. Swing the rod forward; release the clutch button when the rod reaches the "10 o'clock" position (slightly in front of your head). The line will begin to release.
4. Once the lure/rig hits the water, turn the handle clockwise to engage the retrieve.
