The Air Rotor system improves balance and rotation, reducing rotor weight by 15%. Three ball bearings and one roller bearing make the reel's performance smooth; very few reels in this price range have three ball bearings. The machined aluminum handle is swept back, and the knobs are oversized and ergonomically designed.
